About Point*Wizard's inventors/principals

Dr Paul Hansen, a Senior Lecturer in Economics at the University of Otago (for Paul's CV click here), began researching points systems in the context of health care prioritisation in the early 1990s and discovered a theoretically-superior approach to determining point values. He approached Franz Ombler, a software developer (for Franz's CV click here), to help turn the idea into a reality. Together they made further important theoretical discoveries that were implemented as Point*Wizard.
